HOMEMADE OIL SARDINE
When you find that very fresh sardines are brightning at the fish-market.
Don't miss them ! And please try this easiest recipe.
1. Clean and head off 12 small size sardines.
Sprinkle the salt over the sardines.
And keep them in refrigerator for a while, may be half a day.
2. Place the sardines on a heat-registant saucer radially.
Pour the olive oil until the sardines are soaked.
And add some harves such as laurel, rosemarry, and sage.
3. Steam them for about 40minutes.
Or 20minutes with a presure regulator.
4. Keep them until they get cool. Then ready to eat.
